Wilen New York, LLC is a client-driven marketing agency looking for an energetic Account Coordinator who will work with an Account team in the execution of direct response marketing tactics.
The optimal candidate will clearly convey the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Functions include:
- Developing a complete understanding of client products and/or service as well as branding guidelines.
- Working with Account Manager to manage jobs from inception through completion:

- Participating in kick-off meeting at onset of job with agency team.
- Managing the collection of all needed project information both internally and from client.
- Relaying all pertinent information to agency team.
- Ensuring timelines are met.
- Being a part of the internal proofing process to ensure accuracy.
- Data entry.
- Performing additional duties that may arise as it pertains to client and/or agency initiatives.
- Attention to detail is critical
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must)
- 1-2 years Agency experience.
